You will be assisted by one of our Brand Advisors, this way you will be able to make your stickers without losing any details, you will be able to clarify any doubts and concerns you may have and in case you need or want to make any modification to the design, we will be on time to do it before it is sent to the factory.
► Is there a minimum purchase quantity?
Yes, the minimum quantity is 100 Stickers.
► Can I change the design of the Stickers after purchasing?
Yes, with your assigned Brand Advisor you can make the modifications before sending your order to the factory.
Once your order is sent to the factory and the production process begins, it cannot be modified.
► Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we have an international shipping service.
► Where can I use your products?
Custom stickers are ideal for improving the presentation of your products. You can use them on any surface: on boxes, bags, cards, and others.
► Can I get a physical sample before making production?
We do not offer samples for this type of products due to logistics issues, personalized advice will help you be sure of the quality and design before production.
► What is the return process like if I am not satisfied with the product?
If you are not satisfied with the product, a case number is opened with your claim and/or request. We begin the investigation and management process, where initially it will be through your Brand Advisor and then, if necessary, through Customer Service.
Each case is resolved and channeled differently, depending on the circumstances and requests of the client.
