Production Tags Brands

We work with a 200 x 280 mm sheet, which is then engraved, perforated and laser cut. The number of pieces will depend on the size of the Charms, for example, for a size of 7 mm you will obtain an approximate quantity of 800 Charms.

Can I change the design after completing the purchase?

Once your order is sent to the factory and the production process begins, it cannot be modified.

What is the return process like if I am not satisfied with the quality of the Tags?
A: If you are not satisfied with the quality of the Charms, a case number is opened with your claim and/or request. We begin the investigation and management process, where initially it will be through your Brand Advisor and then, if necessary, through Customer Service.
Each case is resolved and channeled differently, depending on the circumstances and requests of the client.
Can I get a physical sample before making production?
A: Yes, if you need a physical sample, we can make it and channel it before production, as long as you agree to wait for the estimated time.
The sample can be sent physically or via image to speed up the verification process and save shipping costs.
