Brand Recognition, a necessity.
Yes, we believe that this is the biggest challenge that a person who decides to enter the world of entrepreneurship has. Not so much what product to sell or where. The biggest problem is that if you decide to sell, for example, handbags or accessories, many other people already do it! So, it becomes more and more complicated to compete among so many people who do the same thing as you.
WE UNDERSTAND YOU!
So what can I do to get recognized in the crowd? Here are some useful tips that will help you achieve this goal:
1- IDENTIFY YOUR NICHE - Who do I want to sell to?
Find a group of people with whom you feel identified, you will call that group of people your “market niche.” Identify what they want, how they behave, what social networks they stay on, how much they are willing to pay for that “solution” that you offer, etc. All information is valuable, because it will be your guide from now on.
2- LOOK FOR A NEED that your product can solve.
Once you have identified your market niche, find one or more specific problems that your product can solve. At this point, the important thing is to thoroughly understand the problem of that market niche, in order to be able to adjust your solution (product) as much as possible to its need.
3- RESEARCH YOUR MARKET - Get as much information as possible. The truth is that researching your market and competition is essential, since this will make you aware of what you are facing and you will make the right tools and decisions to be able to stand out in such a competitive market. Find as much information as possible about your niche, your direct and indirect competition.
4- IMPROVE YOUR OFFER - They already offer good products. Do it better!
By knowing very well the behavior of your niche and what your competition offers, you will be able to notice the “gaps” that may exist and fill them, thus improving your offer. This will make people prefer to purchase “your solution” (product) instead of that of your competition. Create user experiences from start to finish.
5- HIGHLIGHT YOUR IDENTITY - The brand is very important.
It must be said, you can have an excellent product, but people are very visual and sensory. This means that we tend to remember the things that have caught our attention the most and those that make us feel good at specific moments. This is where YOUR IDENTITY comes into play, what makes you unique and special. Not for nothing is BRANDING an art and not everyone knows how to implement it. Just take a look at the most recognized brands, they are recognized not only for offering a product, but also for offering unique brand experiences, which makes you remember them and their name run through your head again and again.
